• Each lesson lasts for 50 minutes. It starts sharp on the hour and ends before the next hour.

 

• Students should arrive on time and be picked up promptly.

 

• Tuition fees for next month shall be paid in full on or before 15th of each month to ensure proper booklets being ordered for the student. The availability of class arrangement is not guaranteed in the case of late tuition fee.

 

• Make-up classes are offered for sick leave and casual leave provided that prior notice is given at least one day in advance.  Doctor’s note is necessary. No make-up class will be given to students who do not show up at the scheduled class time and without prior notice.

• No further make-up class for students who do not show up at the scheduled make up class. Students, however, can choose to pick up homework and turn it in for marking.

​

• Students can apply a leave of absence only twice a month.

 

• Make up classes should be arranged in 2 months and no carry onwards is allowed.

 

• All make up classes will be cancelled in the case of withdrawal the study. Homework, however, can be taken.

 

• Reference letters and certificates are only offered for existing students who enroll for at least 3 months.Parents should submit the application one month in advance.

 

• The Center is closed and classes are cancelled when Black Rain Storm Signal and Typhoon No.8 signal or above is hoisted. Classes resume 2 hours after the signal is lowered.

 

• Unless classes cancelled by the Center, prepaid tuition fees or enrollment fees are non-refundable, non-transferrable to another person, non-switchable to another subject and non-extendable to another month.

 

• We reserve the right to change class schedules, teacher assignments and center calendar without notice.
